In the video, we hear a gentleman questioning the puppy’s antics and asking for help. The puppy can be seen struggling before the clip ends.
A guy came in a subsequent clip to rescue the puppy that was stuck in the sport rim. The man who appeared in the earlier video was smitten by the puppy’s cuteness after seeing its face. “Let’s take a closer look at it. It’s just too cute!” The crowd even gave the puppy some affectionate pats.
